Payments

All payment amounts are due immediately upon order placement. You authorize Kaimilan® Dresses to charge the payment method used at checkout to complete the purchase.

Kaimilan® Dresses uses third-party payment processors that collect, process, and store payment information. Kaimilan® Dresses does not directly collect or store any payment account information. Please review payment processor terms and conditions carefully.

Taxes

Applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws for sales tax, duty, customs fees, or VAT.

Shipping and Delivery

Kaimilan® Dresses will arrange shipping and provide delivery time estimates, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Failure to deliver within the estimated time does not entitle you to cancel the purchase or receive a refund.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon Kaimilan® Dresses’s transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for notifying Kaimilan® Dresses within 5 days of receipt if a product appears damaged or defective.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Kaimilan® Dresses cannot accept returns more than 30 days after delivery or for any of the following:

• Damaged or defective products (see Shipping and Delivery)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate apparel for health or hygiene reasons

Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of Kaimilan® Dresses receiving the return.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and all products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Kaimilan® Dresses disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. No representations, warranties, or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the suitability, functionality, operability, or security of the Site.

Under no circumstances will Kaimilan® Dresses, its affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products, even if foreseeable or Kaimilan® Dresses has been advised of their possibility.

Kaimilan® Dresses’s total aggregate liability relating to or arising out of your use of the Site is limited to the greater of:

1. The total amount of fees paid by you to Kaimilan® Dresses for use of the Site during the three months preceding the claim; or

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision will be construed or reformed to achieve its intended effect.
